Double Layer Pumpkin Pie
First Layer
Mix in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 Tbsp milk or heavy cream 1 Tbsp sugar
Gently stir in:
Spread on a prepared graham cracker pie crust.
Second Layer Pour into bowl:
Add and beat with wire whisk until well blended:
Add and stir in with wire whisk, mixing well:
Spread mixture over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Garnish with additional whipped topping and nuts if desired. Yields 8 servings. |
