afer Cake
Very rich, but very good.
A slice served with
scoop of ice cream is delicious!
Mix together:
1 cup butter or margarine softened
2 cups sugar
6 whole eggs
1 12 oz pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
1 cup dates, chopped
1 1/2 cups coconut, (Angel flake, sweetened)
1/2 cup milk
Bake in tube pan
at 350f, about 1 1/2 hours.
