Whether your garden is small and setting on your windowsill or it's a patch of ground, make it a place where you can slow down and find even the smallest joy;  . . . it could be the smell of fresh dirt or the dewdrops that are under the protective lid covering newly planted seeds,  . . . or maybe it's the dew on the plants outside in the early morning.
