Star of the NightBack of Card: As the daughter of a missionary couple stationed in the remote desert lands of the Southwest, Julie was
raised in the culture of the Native American Indians. Her most impressionable years were influenced by the rich customs and sacred traditions of the nomadic Navajo Tribe.
"I put my feelings and experiences into every picture I paint," says Julie. "I get excited and thrilled to be able to use color and lines to
express warmth and softness, light, strength or anger."
Her paintings captivate. There is an intensity that grabs the viewer and pulls him into his own deep feelings. © 1992 Original painting by Julie Bergeron |
